Anti-SPAM Agreement

This agreement describes the set of the actions forbidden for client account. The agreement can be altered. The amendments enter into force upon its publication on GARM Technologies website.

Account owners are responsible for any claims and other possible consequences that may arise as a result of the use of their account.

Upon detection of this agreement violation GARM Technologies has a right to block any account without prior notice in order to maintain the security and efficiency of GARM Technologies hosting services.

GARM Technologies forbids:

SPAM mailing through its network and servers. GARM Technologies defines SPAM (also known as Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) and/or Unsolicited Bulk Email (UBE)) as any unauthorized electronic message of commercial or abusing matter, which was not requested or is not interesting at any degree to its addressee.The distribution, advertising or promotion of the software or spamware aimed to support unauthorized commercial e-mails or SPAM.

The advertising of websites by means of UCE or UBE which contains direct or indirect links to one or to some websites.

The mail-bombing. The company defines the mail-bombing as unjustified numerous e-mail sending to a particular system, particular person or particular e-mail address.

Harassment messages. The company defines harassment messages as e-mails that worry or annoy the prospective or actual addressee. The mail-bombing. The company defines the mail-bombing as sending of an e-mail that might result in loses or harm to the recipient
